Wilma and Robert Knox lived in Alaska from 1951-1984. The couple worked as photo journalists; she was a free-lance photographer and he worked for newspapers in Anchorage and Fairbanks. The couple traveled extensively in Alaska and wrote "All About Camping in Alaska and the Yukon." They retired to Wyoming in 1984.
